How does it work?

Once you order is successfully processed, we will contact you to gather the WordPress login info and some other important details from you so we can successfully manage your WordPress site. When we call you we will also arrange a time to discuss the nature of your small businesses along with any goals you want us to be aware of.

What does this service NOT cover?

This service does not cover development work, custom design, or programming. If you have any questions about custom development work for your WordPress website contact us here and we’ll be glad to provide you a quote. This specific WordPress management service focuses on managing the existing content, systems, themes, plugins that are currently in operation on your website that you put in place, or paid us or someone else to develop or integrate.

What do I get:

1. Support for 1 WordPress website
2. Unlimited email & text support each month. You can email and/or text us each month with questions you have.
3. You’ll get 30 minutes of urgent request support each month. The time does NOT accrue or carry over to the next month. It’s a use it or loose it feature depending on if you have an urgent issue to resolve for your website in any given particular month. An urgent issue might be your site crashing, or you see an error on your WordPress site, you might have a something urgent to discuss with us via phone. Whatever the urgency you have 30 Free minutes to allocate toward your urgent purposes. Once your 30 minutes are used you can purchase more urgent support credits from us at a discounted consulting rate of $75 an hr instead of our normal public rate of $100/hr.
4. We will back up your WordPress website on a monthly basis and restore it for you if your site does crash.
5. The security of your WordPress site will be automatically monitored for any malware, viruses, etc.. and if there is an issue we’ll restore your site so you’re back on track FAST.
6. WordPress updates: existing plugins, themes and WordPress core software will always be up to date.
7. Access to our WordPress training video library. We believe that knowledge is power when properly applied. When you have the right knowledge you’ll be better off and experience fewer issues in the future with your WordPress website.
8. If you have a premium WordPress website that provides periodic theme updates, we’ll update your theme for you.
9. We’ll support your WooCommerce plugin if you operate an eCommerce WordPress website. This does not include adding products or any development work, but we do have you covered with managing what you currently have in place for your eCommerce WordPress site.
